Any maintenance call from the client relies upon the speed of response and the quality of the service delivered.

RSB Property Management sets parameters for delivering a response to maintenance problems by making every effort to achieve the following:

  • Emergency calls  - response within 4 hours
  • Urgent calls - response within 12 hour
  • Standard calls    - response within 3 working days

RSB Property Maintenance policy is to be flexible in its activities

Our objectives are to ensure the Landlord/Owner is made aware of situations enabling the Landlord/Owner can forward plan

Management fees per property is fixed at £48.00 per month, this includes:

  • Taking all calls, emails,correspondence from tenant on behalf of the landlord.
  • To visiting property if and when need arises to investigate tenants queries.
  • To evaluate any work that may be required and compile costs to complete.
  • To notify Landlord of details and costs.
  • To report on a 6 month basis as to the state of property and advice in the report of any suggestions
  • To report on a 6 month basis any suggested work that may be necessary in future with budget costs and preparing the client We will be adding more items creating more flexibility for the Landlord/Owner in the next few days.
